Our mission is to facilitate the creation and strengthening of digital bridges to connect a global community of forward-thinking, active and engaged individuals who are committed to improving the world through sustainable solutions. To succeed in our mission, we hire fully-focused, dedicated and innovative employees.

If you want to be able to connect and work with people from all over the world to help increase the sustainability, resilience and success of island communities across the globe, we want you as part of the Island Innovation team.

This year we are introducing the Fellowship program. This program will create internship opportunities for interested persons. The Internship roles will include but may not be limited to:

  • Fellowship Project – A fellowship project will be assigned to each fellow. This project will be unique to each individual and will be assigned by the Director. The fellow will take responsibility for the coordination and execution of the project and will have full access to Island Innovation resources as well as guidance as needed from the team.
  • Administrative Support – The fellow may be asked to provide administrative support to the Director and Project Manager for the planning and coordination of events such as ad hoc webinars and also events relating directly to the summit. The fellow may be asked to contribute to research efforts by the content team.
  • Brand Marketing – Fellows will participate in media efforts that may take the form of social media posts, radio interviews and representation at events. Fellows may also be requested to investigate advertising opportunities for the brand.

While we do not currently have any further specific job openings, we are always on the lookout for talented, innovative and dedicated individuals who are passionate about helping to create a sustainable global community, and who would be able to work well with a remote team across the world.

If you feel that could be you, then please contact us through our contact form. Let us know a bit about yourself, including any relevant educational, professional and voluntary experience and add your social media links (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and link to your personal website/blog (if you have one).

If we feel you would be a good fit for our team and mission, we will keep your details on record and contact you in the future when any new positions open up. We look forward to hearing from you and potentially adding you to our exciting diverse global team!
