Matthew A. McMillan is an accomplished international political & public affairs consultant that has worked in 30 regions, countries and territories around the world. He has won dozens of political consulting awards, has organized large-scale events and has advised Heads of State, Opposition Leaders, Governors, major political parties and well known corporate brands around the world.

In the Caribbean, Mr. McMillan has worked on high profile political, corporate and public affairs campaigns in Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago and the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Mr. McMillan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Columbia University. He is based in Washington, DC.

Alexa Lightbourne

Special Advisor to the Premier of Bermuda, Government of Bermuda

A seasoned management professional, Alexa Lightbourne currently serves as a Special Advisor to the Premier of Bermuda. Her previous government experience included serving as a Policy Analyst in the Ministry of Health.

In the political sphere, she managed the Progressive Labour Party’s successful 2017 general election campaign in Bermuda and was involved as a campaign consultant with political parties in Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis and Grenada. She also worked on President Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign for President.

In the corporate sector, she was a consultant with Deloitte and worked on a number of private sector management projects. Ms. Lightbourne holds an LLB from the University of Westminster.

Victor Richardson

Victor Richardson, is a seasoned field strategist and political and public affairs management expert with a wide range of experience across many levels of US and international issue, public policy and electoral campaigns. Mr. Richardson has directed projects across North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa. He specializes in political management consulting, field systems development, project management and communications. In 2013, he was awarded the “Rising Star“ in political consulting by Campaigns & Elections magazine. In 2018, he was given the “40 Under 40” award by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).

Mr. Richardson holds a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Classics and English from Howard University and an MPP in Public Policy from Georgetown University. He is based on the island of Antigua.

Pedro Valle Javier

Pedro Valle Javier, Ph.D. has been creating digital content since 1998. As an undergrad, he founded an online magazine designed to give Puerto Rican writers a voice in the digital era. Since then, he has worked as a technology reporter for a Puerto Rican business weekly, and has taught for over a decade at the college level. His work with politics began in 2013, when he was hired as the digital strategist in Puerto Rico’s House of Representatives. Since then, he’s been involved in over 25 political campaigns in Puerto Rico, México, Panama, the U.S. and other regions. Pedro has become a pioneer in digital micro-segmentation techniques for political ads in the Puerto Rico and LatAM markets.

Jevan Jutagir

Owner of Barbados’ most awarded and regarded advertising firm which also has offices in Trinidad & Tobago, Jevan Jutagir is a Caribbean advertising powerhouse. He has worked with a who’s who of corporate clients providing advertising, marketing, public relations and public affairs services. From the financial industry to transport to telecommunications to beverages, his firm represents a who’s who of well known Caribbean brands, helping position their companies in competitive markets. Prior to starting RED, Mr. Jutagir worked for a decade in London for global beverage brands and for global advertising firm McCann Erickson. Mr. Jutagir received a degree from the University of Aberdeen after growing up in Trinidad.
