We took a highly consultative approach which included meetings to understand event objectives, delivering constructive suggestions on framing and shaping and structuring the sessions and formats.

The brief included website development and our good relationships with the partners facilitated the coordination and development of the website with both event partners. Given the global nature of the event, we ensured that the site complied with all the relevant data requirements.

Speaker training and coordination requires a high level of industry knowledge and a strong network. Fortunately, because of our experience organizing and running virtual events, such as the Virtual Island Summit and the Island Finance Forum, we were able to effectively brief and train speakers. Having such a fantastic panel of speakers who delivered engaging panels ensured the agreed attendance target was reached and online engagement during the event.
