What should be on the agenda on climate finance in COP31? Pacific and Australia perspectives

Ensuring adequate finance to meet the climate change response needs of the most vulnerable remains a global challenge, no more so than for SIDS in the Pacific. It is also supremely urgent. To be effective, finance must be available and structured around the specific circumstances of the states and communities concerned. In anticipation of COP31, this panel of leaders, policy makers, practitioners and academics come together to initiate a vision from the Pacific and Australia for a climate finance agenda.
